Fixed Issue with Updating Multi-Value Internal Picker Fields

We've resolved an issue that prevented automation Update steps from working correctly with multi-value Picker:Internal and Picker:Text:Internal fields. Previously, these field types could fail with errors or not update records in the ATS as expected. With this fix, Set, Copy, and Clear operations now work reliably for Candidates, Companies, and Contacts, ensuring automations run smoothly when using multi-value internal picker fields.
